KungFu is an ancient Chinese art. Most think of it as only a way of fighting, but it can apply to many things in life from cooking to car repair. Here we are showing slim belly kungfu a.k.a. "the chicken step" of the Toaist Tradition of The Mind Heart Path. I learned this from an exiled monk in China and still find it useful to this day whenever I feel lazy to work out but still wanna slim down. The coordination takes a bit of practice but after that it is a relatively easy exercise to do with great results passed down in monasteries for thousands of years.
